General Information:
Attendees are responsible for making their own transportation and accommodation bookings. Links to discounted accommodation rates are included on the WSATI website.
Cancellations:
Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
A full 100% refund will be provided for any cancellation request received more than 30 days out from the date of the Opening Ceremony.
A cancellation request received 30 to 15 days prior to the opening ceremony will be approved but subjected to a $30 cancellation fee.
Refunds will not normally be provided for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the opening ceremony, although a substitute attendee can be made under the conditions specified below.
Substitutions:
If for any reason a ticketholder cannot attend, they may be able to send a substitute attendee in their place provided: The WSATI President is notified in writing/email before the start of the event, of the name and details of the substitute ticketholder, and substituted ticketholder. All attendees are required to respect the sensitivities of the material presented during the training event and must not disclose confidential information to unauthorized individuals outside of this event.
By attending this training event you agree to not record or use any aspects of any presenter’s material without their written permission.
All attendees must show respect to all other attendees and to the staff and contractors working at the event. Attendees who fail to do so will be barred from the event at the WSATI board’s discretion, not refunded any of their registration fees, and will not be entitled to claim any other compensation from WSATI.
