Our Host\, National Powersports Auction of Poway is the perfect venue for Auto-theft investigators\, offering numerous mortorcycles and ATVs available for viewing VINS and other points of identification. \nTraining will be presented by Sergeant Dave Navarro\,from the California Highway Patrol\, Border Division. Sergeant Navarro will discuss the current fraud related vehicle theft – including fraud purchase\, rental fraud\, and other documented recent trends. \nA round table introduction will be conducted after the training and lunch.
